The speedometer is tested and is in good working condition, speedometer was bench tested using a cable on a drill. The odometer is in good working condition. There is some surface rust on the front metal plates. All other gauges and the clock are all untested. The shift indicator cable will need to be replaced with your old cable, as this cable was cut. The printed circuit board appears to be in very good condition, no burn marks or breaks and overall fairly clean. The mounting tabs all appear to be intact. Please view the video.
