I also sell individual chips as well see my other listings. This is an Xi 8088 which is an IBM PC/XT compatible processor board in ISA board form factor. It offers several enhancements over the standard IBM PC/XT, such as support of PS/2 keyboard and mouse and built-in real time clock with NVRAM (also known as CMOS setup memory). This is a hobby grade computer the BIOS is under active development and depending on your skills and parts selection the performance and stability of the board may vary. I have tested this computer kit with the XT-IDE and floppy controller. It installs and boots MS-DOS 6.22 and tested it with CheckIt software (see screenshots).
