In fact we will work with you adjust the price accordingly for what you need done. IN most cases you are expected to supply the repair components but we can source them out. We do supply conductive traces when conductive traces need to be replaced or repaired on circuit boards. We also have a full line of thermal setting epoxies, UV cured solder mask, etc available. We have hot air reflow and rework tools for doing precision SMD and through-hole soldering. We do not Solder BGA’s at this time. We can do the following rework and repairs. Repair outer layer conductive traces. Fix the solder mask. Solder SMD components as well as through hole components. We have propper optical inspection equipment for quality assurance as well as a VI Signature Analysis Unit for diagnostic testing if needed. Power Off Testing/Power on Testing. We can test, fix, and repair legacy equipment with discrete 5vdc TTL as well. We can also duplicate ROM’s, PROM’s, EEPROM’s, with our Xeltek SuperPro 6100. In some cases your repair might be extremely cheap if the fix is quick and not time consuming. All PCB boards should be placed in a shielded ESD bag (not the pink ones).
