We appreciate your business. In most cases these pieces come from surplus and business liquidation sales and auctions. These pieces are often used but in good working condition. We try to describe our items as best as possible and provide a number of quality photographs. When possible we try to test our items to see if they are fully functional. However, we are not always able to fully test an item and when we can’t we mention that in the description. We never intentionally sell broken items, and if we do sell you a broken item that we said worked, we will take it back.
